There are 18 powers in Update 4: Fly, Invisible, and Bomb (Common); Spin, Barrier, and Diamond (Uncommon); Flame, Paw, Ice, Gold, Water, Sand, Snow, and Moai (Rare); Dark, Dog, Dough, and Floppa (Legendary). Roll them at level 50, pick up the hourly tree spawn, take a player drop, trade, or clear a raid.

A stat refund is reported at 50 Gems. Points gained per level are not consistent across guides, so this site does not print a per-level number.
The current cap stated on the experience page is level 2400. Update 4, dated July 10, 2024, is the changelog that raised the cap to that number. Later Roblox listing activity does not by itself describe a higher cap.
